“Superb hotel! ”
Very stylish and comfortable art deco hotel. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location with many amenities and attractions (especially shops, theatres, and restaurants) close by. Great view of the Gran Via. Would be happy to return. Cafe / bar on the roof terrace not open in March.

“Amazing location and exceptional staff. Will definitely stay here on our next visit. Also amazing views of the city.”
From the moment we arrived the staff were great and extremely helpful. I had emailed earlier to request to change the bed options. I was told my room had twin beds but they would try to change it to a double. They did this and we even got an upgrade. Fantastic service.

I love this hotel. Location is perfect. İt is so clean and workers are realy Good. If I came back to madrid this iş the place where I Will choose again. Price is little big to much but best hotel on this area

“Christmas visit with two Teenagers”
On the whole this is a nice hotel with nice service. One problem we had was that the kids room was extremely hot being on the side of the building which gets sun all day and the air con not working due to the time of year.
