Stayed here for a couple of weeks. Our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Yes, the building is a bit dated now but they appear to be implementing redecoration plans, probably out of season. Cannot understand the complaints about the food, although we didn't have lunch. The selection was varied enough to keep us happy for the duration and the free-flowing wine and Cava were especially welcome. The staff are very friendly and hard working, including the entertainment team, who never pushed us to join in. The housekeeping team is sizable and also works hard as do grounds maintenance. Many of the sunbeds are in need of renewal and there are not enough parasols by a long way. Guests reserving beds all day and night has got out of hand and is likely to stop our return if it continues next year. The security gate accessing the beach was not always working, which was a worry.

Second time we’ve been this year and we’ll definitely be back again in 2025, it’s a great hotel for naturists with a laid back friendly inclusive vibe but there are a few issues. Firstly the food is pretty atrocious, the first holiday we chose half board and regretted it, the breakfast is fine, it’s the lunch/dinner buffet that’s regrettably bad and was the subject of disdain for many guests sat around the pool. The bar is no better serving flat soft drinks in a wine glass and a pizza we were told would take 30 minutes to prepare, arrived stone cold except for the outer edge and was obviously a frozen supermarket pizza, bland and tasteless, well the warm bit we could eat at least, we were still charged despite complaining. The rooms are tired but I think they are full of character and tbh you sleep in them and that’s it. The sunbeds are the worse part of the experience, the hotel states it has a policy of not allowing guests to reserve beds and even goes on to suggest possessions would be removed. They aren’t, ever. The best beds are reserved for the duration of some guests holiday, there’s even one old couple who are regulars and who chat to staff who’ve been here forever I think and their spot is not allowed to be touched by anyone despite them not even using it until around 4pm, they go to the beach!! The hotel needs to get a grip on this and decide if they have a policy or not as again most guests were very annoyed at this. It’s simply not fair. Get up at 5am if you want that bed but don’t reserve them overnight! The other bad thing is the gate leading to the beach is broken, you should need a key card to access but you don’t, we heard people in the hot tub suggesting they were in apartments near by and the owner told them to use the facilities at the hotel as they could walk right in, we witnessed this happening several times! I’ve also seen a few reviews mentioning sexual activity, whilst it’s not a regular occurrence there are a few swingers and gay men who appear to see the hotel as a pick up place, it won’t spoil your holiday if you ignore it.

Firstly, I agree that some of the sun loungers are old and sagging. I suggest they are replaced. Otherwise I had a great stay (my first but not my last). The staff were all very nice and helpful. Firstly, I agree that some of the sun loungers are old and sagging. I suggest they are replaced. Otherwise I had a great stay (my first but not my last). The staff were all very nice and helpful. The pools were also very good but I found the Jacuzzi to be too powerful - too strong bubbles. There is easy access to the naturist beach.
