Located in Pointe Milou overlooking the Atlantic to the east, this property is bathed in sunlight all day.The inside living and dining area open onto a serene fountain and gazebo scene on one side and the glistening pool on the other. The living area features built-in wooden sofas with ivory-hued cushions, from which you can relax and admire the view. The dining area seats eight to ten people. The living room leads onto the deck and pool area where there is a semi- shaded sitting area with teak sofas and a table.The master bedroom is set privately on a lower level and can be reached either by a spiral staircase from the living area or by an independent outside entrance. The other three bedrooms are on the same level as the main villa and open onto the deck and view.
