“Fab holiday”

Everything was great apart from bedrooms which are in need of updating and bathroom ripping out and complete overhaul. Extremely clean. Staff fab, lots of sun beds, lovely food. Everything was great apart from bedrooms which are in need of updating and bathroom ripping out and complete overhaul. Extremely clean. Staff fab, lots of sun beds, lovely food. Shows started too late so we never saw one. Not sure why some people have given bad review as we found it excellent. Would def recommend.

“Not 5 star”

The hotel is at the very top and nothing around no shops or bars, 20 min walk down or get the hotel bus. We stayed in the apartment which is very dated wood chip wallpaper very old fashioned. The hotel is at the very top and nothing around no shops or bars, 20 min walk down or get the hotel bus. We stayed in the apartment which is very dated wood chip wallpaper very old fashioned. This hotel is not 4or 5 star if you stay in the apartments, but the food (I’m a very fussy vegetarian) is amazing something different every night and the pool bar food just as good. The staff are 5 star so lovely and helpful especially Anna. The entertainment also very good something on every day and night they really do work hard. Went into the town not much there lots of closed shops and bars so just a few restaurants and bars left. If you don’t mind staying in the hotel most of the time then it’s very relaxing just don’t stay in the apartments even though cleaned daily just feels grubby.

Well run hotel. Friendly staff, great food, never too busy (Stayed 10 nights 24th Aug - 3 rd September). Good location with free bus to Son Bou. Well run hotel. Friendly staff, great food, never too busy (Stayed 10 nights 24th Aug - 3 rd September). Good location with free bus to Son Bou. As other reviews state, hotel is in need of updating , but it is immaculately clean and very well run. Our only criticism is that the restaurant doesn't open until 7:30pm which is too late when you have children. Yes, there is a pool bar, but most hotels we've stayed in would open at 6/6:30. Entertainment doesn't then start until after 9:30, which again is far too late, with or without children. (Mini disco is available earlier, but no good for those over 6)

“Best for families with young children maybe.”

For us, too many noisy children, especially in the dining room. but also near the pool. Lots of flies everywhere, including in the dining room. Also invisible biting flies outside in the evening, many people including ourselves, had bad bites, strong repellent needed! Food pretty good, fish an... more

For us, too many noisy children, especially in the dining room. but also near the pool. Lots of flies everywhere, including in the dining room. Also invisible biting flies outside in the evening, many people including ourselves, had bad bites, strong repellent needed! Food pretty good, fish and meat could be better identified, warm plates would be good. Plenty tasty prawns! Smoked salmon and smoked tuna were appreciated. Deserts and cheese were amazing. All staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, an enjoyable stay, despite the above drawbacks.
