This hotel is great value. The food is great, from the restaurant and the pool bar. There was sometimes a lot of queues for the food in both. The service could also be slow at the pool bar for drinks. The animation staff are amazing - Bernadette, Elvis and Matteo and Matt the DJ / aqua fit Guy made the holiday for the kids! They couldn’t have been more attentive. There is a football pitch for anyone whose kids like to play. The rooms are dated but they’re clean and spacious. It’s a very beautiful, pretty place. The beach is lovely. The bus comes every half an hr but breaks for 3 hrs in the afternoon. There are a handful of bars/shops near the beach if you venture out. We got a taxi to Mahón, about 30euro each way. There is a market on a Tuesday until mid afternoon. Sun beds aren’t supposed to be reserved but typically, people do. It was half term when we visited so I imagine it’s lovely and quiet during term time. We will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Wow what a surprise we had me and my boyfriend and my step daughter age 8 went to this hotel last Sunday and we can’t fault it . We booked it through jet 2 holidays and had apartment which fits four . Transfer is only 15mins from Mahon airport really quick . The hotel is located in sou bou up a steep hill but don’t be put off by that as there is a beach bus through out the day to take u down the hill. Staff are very friendly and helpful and professional on reception . There is a lot of reviews about the rooms being dated but it’s Spain there traditional Spanish style maybe the dark wood and orange tiles could be more modern but it’s all clean and fresh no problems at all with the rooms and apartments. There is entertainment throughout the day by the pool from Volleyball,aqua,water slide thing etc really fun also the kids club which we used everyday day in the morning and afternoon I think they could have a movie night or games night for the kids as they sometimes get bored while parents are watching the shows . There is an indoor pool and a gym as well which we used both lovely . Food- Breakfast was good fresh food and always fresh if up dishes nothing stays there all the time . Lunch - we broke the day up by having lunch from the pool bar they served u which was a nice change and menu was really good .also u can brunch by the pool as well got to try the English or Spanish breakfast tray it’s amazing . Dinner- food was really good and different every night but what ruined it was there is too many people in there at once my step daughter was waiting for ages to get to the food which isn’t good for kids .(need to have time slots to get over this or areas for family and kids and areas for adults ) Can’t fault the food though x Entertainment at night - was very good live bands ,singers ,magic shows all very good and the room is modern and a lot of spaces . Feedback- As there is an adult bar down the corridor would be nice to have an adult la carte restaurant as well maybe the room opposite just to give people the option . We are booking to come again as it’s is a really good hotel and staff lovely x I’ve been to many a 5* and this is better than them xx Thanks Steph and Adam French

We have just returned from a 4 night break at this hotel, the rooms are very dated and could do with some work but are spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. We were all inclusive, the meals were amazing with lots of choice each lunchtime and evening. Breakfast was the same each day but I wouldn't of expected anything else, there was lots to choose from. The pool side snack bar was also amazing, a good variety of food available and great quality, I would of happily lived off the nachos!! The pool's and surrounding area's were always clean and there were always enough sunbeds (although I'm not sure that will still be the case in July and August) Entertainment team were brilliant, lots of activities throughout the day. I'm not sure how Mateio manages all of those fitness sessions during the day but they were all really good fun. Lots to do for the children too. The night entertainment (in our opinion) wasn't great but certainly wouldn't stop us returning. All in all I think this is a great family hotel with a wonderful warm and friendly atmosphere.
