“Amazing experience with incredibly kind staff”
I loved my stay at Hotel Urban. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. All the front desk staff including the porter/doorman were incredibly kind and helpful. “Best staff and hotel in Madrid”
Fabulous hotel Most helpful kind friendly staff I have ever had. Position of hotel is excellent.Close to museums and not in a noisy area. Very safe district Facilities clean and excellent. Walking distance to shops , restaurants pubs. I would never stay anywhere else.
