“Excellent hotel”
The hotel was in a good location. The staff were exceptionally good and provided everything we needed. Would highly recommend the Urban Hotel.

“Best staff and hotel in Madrid”
Fabulous hotel Most helpful kind friendly staff I have ever had. Position of hotel is excellent.Close to museums and not in a noisy area. Very safe district Facilities clean and excellent. Walking distance to shops , restaurants pubs. I would never stay anywhere else.

“Ideal location / heaven of calm and style”
5 stars indeed. Prestine rooms. If scent is the best memory- great fragrance in lobby and lovely product line in bathrooms- neroli based. Roof top - happening - did not test the pool nor restaurant- Rose and delicious chocolate truffles. Perfect service friendly and polite Top note ….the service !

“Amazing location, beautiful and comfortable hotel, excellent value”
We had an incredible stay at Hotel Urban. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very helpful, attentive and friendly. The location is perfect. Easily walkable to so many neighborhoods yet still felt somewhat removed from the busier plazas and streets. The cocktail bar GLASS is incredible. Beautif... more
