“Great location, courteous staff”
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Urban. It was very well located and central to mostly everywhere. The concierge arranged many activities, some of which were great. The staff was friendly, polite, helpful and courteous. We had a great stay

“Amazing experience with incredibly kind staff”
I loved my stay at Hotel Urban. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. All the front desk staff including the porter/doorman were incredibly kind and helpful.
