“5 day break in April in Alicante.”
Excellent location facing marina 10 minutes walk to beach lots of eateries close by. Bus from airport (C 6) stops 5 minutes walk from hotel. Great breakfast! Handy for tram to other locations for day trips.

Alicante exceeded our expectations. What a beautiful city! The Gran Sol hotel was fab. Right across from the marina. “Nice hotel with great sea view”
Nice hotel with a great location. Views are absolutely great, it's well worth paying some extra for the sea view! The bathroom was a bit small and dated. You have to ask for all the amenities which we found a bit inconvenient. There was a small fridge in the room.

“Many positives but a few negatives too.”
Nice hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet amazing. Great location, but very noisy. The city never sleeps and you have cars racing around at 4am in the morning. Lifts slow and small.
