Booked this hotel as I wanted somewhere cheap but central. I stayed with a friend for a short city break and it was lovely! It is located next to a metro station (Parel-el) where you can get straight to La Rambla and the Cathedral. A short walk down the street takes you to the harbour which is beautiful and has a shopping mall and great restaurants. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, the whole hotel was clean and airy. The room was on the third floor, and although the window looked out onto the roof, we only stayed in the room in the evening. The beds were comfortable, there were free soft drinks and water in the fridge every day, and the shower was hot and powerful! The breakfast was delicious with lots of different options. Freshly made eggs and omelette, fresh fruit, cereals etc etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Barcelona due to the location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff, and amenities.

three nights into this beautiful hotel. everything was perfect strategic position (5 minutes from Ramblas and Old Harbour, metro station right in front of the door) the room: clean, functional and very comfortable service always ready and friendly the breakfast: one of the best I've ever seen (meat, ham, homemade omelets, cheese, yogurt, croissant, waffle, chorizos, biscuits, juices, fresh fruits, etc) very good the fitness room too.

“Good short birthday treat”

Went as my birthday. The hotel room was clean and had enough space for two people. Bathroom was clean. Nice treat as received a bottle of drink and a happy birthday card. Hotel lobby was really cool. Went as my birthday. The hotel room was clean and had enough space for two people. Bathroom was clean. Nice treat as received a bottle of drink and a happy birthday card. Hotel lobby was really cool. Staff was polite and helpful. Used the bar once - no issues. Staff was helpful with early morning check out and ensuring that we had something to eat. I would return again.

Overall a decent stay. Approx 30 min from the airport by taxi. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was on the side of the building on the 3rd floor. It felt reasonably clean upon check in. Overall a decent stay. Approx 30 min from the airport by taxi. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was on the side of the building on the 3rd floor. It felt reasonably clean upon check in. We had a townhouse suite which is a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with an entryway area. Decent sized room for Europe! We were three friends traveling so needed the space. The mattress felt old and worn - not comfortable. And the steamer stopped working on day one - which they replaced with an iron and ironing board. Bathroom was small but met our needs. We liked that water and other beverages in the fridge were replaced daily. Housekeeping often missed something or another but would come back with whatever was requested (clean mugs for coffee, cups, waters that didn’t replaced one day, etc.) Breakfast was in abundance of variety and quantity. We all enjoyed it. Staff was ok. The neighborhood felt a bit shady. We walked across the street and mistakenly ended up at a red light area. Restaurants near by are also just ok. One pro of the area was that it was very easy to get a taxi at any hour. Also, metro options are close. Overall it felt like a budget stay so I’m not sure I would come back as I prefer a little more.
