We had the wonderful spa experience given by Masseuse Karen and Jessica. They were extremely patient and welcoming, and let us have complimentary ginger tea before the spa started. They also showed us the steam room and sauna to release tension before going into the spa. Really wonderful personality and calm vibe. Love them ❤️ Next up, wonderful Aman who volunteered to show us around the hotel, and Idy who also helped organise our spa timing. Last but not least, thoughtful Tiara who greeted us at the Straits club with cheerful smiles and casual talks, and also suprised my mum with a fullerton teddy bear, Lizzie, while we were having our afternoon tea buffet. Really very thankful to the fullerton team for making this Mother’s Day experience possible, and for making my mum relax and enjoy the spa and afternoon tea.

“Spoiled in Singapore”

A truly beautiful hotel and location. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. The rooms are large and well appointed. The courtyard dinning for lunch was a great way to relax and enjoy good food. Great riverside walks to museums and parks and night life.

First of all - the Fullerton Hotel Singapore is a very nice and high-quality hotel! Our room was large, we had everything we needed and the historic building is beautiful. Nevertheless, we were a little disappointed with our stay... Many things are up to the standard of a 5 star hotel, but some are not in our opinion. We were particularly disappointed with the pool, for example. After a long day in the city, we wanted to relax by the pool. Unfortunately, there were only a few loungers there and we had to lie down in the far corner. No view at all. After a while we wanted to order drinks until we realized that there was no service at the pool. Only one employee with broken English sat at the entrance to the pool and took orders when you approached him. The drinks list was very strange - the prices for the happy hour were higher than the normal menu right next to it (1 can beer S$20 + 1 free happy hour // 1 can beer S$15 normal). Very strange and above all very expensive if you have to get the can of beer from the fridge yourself...! No thanks. Breakfast the next morning was also rather sobering. The selection was very large, but many dishes didn't seem very high quality. The selection of fruit, for example, was rather average, no exotic fruits such as mango or similar. Everything seemed like mass instead of class. The service in the hotel was good, but not adequate compared to considerably cheaper hotels in Thailand. For this price you simply expect more... All in all, we think that this hotel lives more from its history and its name. Everything seems a bit old-fashioned and dusty. It just wasn't right for us.
