“Good value for money”

Very handy location just opposite the railway station and bus stops. Shops and restaurants in the same building. Very small, but practical cabin-like rooms. Fast wifi and friendly staff. Complimentary coffee, tea and bathroom amenities in the lobby.

The entrance is non-descript, as you go through a glass door in a shopping plaza lobby next to Lawson's and take the elevator up to the lobby. Once you have figured out how to get here, the location overall is very close to the train station and hence convenient. I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. All other American or European hotel buffets I have had pale in comparison to the healthy food offered at this Nagano buffet. I would come back just for the buffet, it was that good! There is laundry available for a fee, which is convenient if you're here for the snow monkeys. During the spring, that hike is downright muddy. I pondered the laundry room but ended up just cleaning my boots and muddy pants in the hotel bathtub. I see now why they have shoe cleaning supplies in the hotel room!

“Location”

Good location. Room size ok. Walking distance to the Railway station and also bus station to Snow Monkey. Food available all nearby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Can leave your bags at the reception before check in time

Only stayed here for one night, but the staff were the standout. The location is about 4/5 mins walk from Nagano station. Convenieince store right below. The staff store luggage until your room is ready. Amenities ...help youself, a great selection, probably the best we came across in Japan. PJ's are located on each floor, help yourself is you want to use them. The hotel is warm, the rooms are warm and cosy/small ish. Staff were great in helping us forward our luggage the next morning. A comfortable stay. Thank you.
