“Christmas stay”
Beautiful hotel where we were upgraded to a family room. We stayed for 2 nights and spent Christmas here during our trip to Hangzhou. The hotel, it's room and the staffs were very good and helpful. The staffs were unable to communicate in decent English which made it difficult to get things done. B… more

“Hotel near (10min walk) to the west lake.”
The Hotel is located 10min walking distance to the West Lake on a very busy street. The staff is able to speak English language. The rooms are very large with air condition, minibar (only usable via Mobile phone app) .

Whatever renovation was done has really paid off. The hotel is very large (which I'm sure it was before the renovation), glamorous, great-looking, and bright.
