“Weekend getaway”
Our annual family weekend getaway to Sun City Cascades is always lovely, but rooms do need a revamp .

“Great Hotel but missing the finer touches”
Rattling windows in Room 809 Water was brown Vanity mirror was positioned for a giant to access Hairdryer was ridiculously accessible as the cord was way to short to be able to use properly.

“A little old and dated!”
The staff at the Cascades are close to rude! They can barely answer your question and when they see you coming they turn and move, especially the concierge. The rooms are a little old and dated! The breakfast location is very dark and really unappealing. Food buffet for breakfast is ok.
