“Excellent”
Wonderful location, nice rooms, helpful and courteous staff. There is lot of space for car parking. The check in, check out process is very smooth

“Great service and enjoyable stay.”
Clean, comfortable and great staff. Loved their environmental ethos and recommend staying there. Close waking distance to shops, restaurants, spas, tourist sites (geothermal walks, Government Park).

“Good location, comfy bed”
Had a couple of nights here. Very comfy bed. Bathroom was a little tired but plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Good breakfast. Our room in block three was quiet. Some guests said rooms backing onto the road were noisy at night

While in a great location beside the lake, this hotel provides the bare minimum. The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny and cleanliness not the best. There was a balcony which would have been nice to sit on, but there were no chairs on any of the balconies. The pool was very small with no umbrel… more
