“No Frills Lodging in Montreal's Latin Quarter”
The hotel was clean but overheated. Needed to open the windows overnight and street noise was loud over the weekend. Friendly staff suggested restaurants nearby as the hotel had no in house dining. “Location, Location, Location”
The best thing about this hotel is the location and that is the only reason to stay here. Right on Rue St Denis in the heart of the Latin Quartier surrounded by restaurants and cafes and UQAM and most of St. Denis being pedestrian. The room and overall hotel grounds were plain and probably worth a refurbishment, but I wouldn't call them ratty or anything.
