We arrived home last night after a lovely week at Sol Principle. We always visit Sol hotels, as I find their beds comfortable and standards are high. Positives- The hotel staff are approachable and helpful. The blonde lady in management always visible, in reception and poolside, smiling and interacting with staff and visitors. The cleaning, hospitality and entertainment staff do a super job. Beds are comfy, food was plentiful and delicious, hotel is clean and spacious. Always sun beds if you're brave enough to remove towels off of them. You can hire towels, there's a laundry service, you can ask for a kettle and iron to be delivered to your room. The beach is right outside ( sand not pebbled) along with shops, bars, etc. Pop into the Shamrock ☘️ for some lovely food, to the right of hotel. Recommendations- The kettle had to be boiled in the bathroom as only one socket in the main bedroom and the cord was too short ( take an extension lead and see photos). Also a wall mounted drying rack for balconies is needed ( Sol Lanzarote have them). The indoor pool could do with a clean and better filter system. Lifeguards not always visible at the biggest pool, but always at the front of hotel pool. I recommend a lifeguard be present at all times. I would visit again and recommend Sol Principle. stayed in this hotel this week with my family and the service was 10/10 from the time we reached the hotel till the time we checked out .The place is clean and beautiful even thought it is such a massive place which accommodates 1000’s of tourists .The housekeeping team did a very good job specially to mention melody who was very good and very friendly.Rooms were cleaned everyday and helped whenever needed .Would highly recommend this hotel .

Fantastic hotel. Family friendly. Very Clean .lots of pools. Food Fantastic. Lots of choice.Beside beach. Entertainment great.Outside resort centre. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff lovely. Lots of drinks places and snack bar amazing. Rooms modern and airy.amazing holiday

“Nice but very busy”

Huge and busy hotel with loads of frills, good location and a nice pool. The breakfast was deigned for mass production and lacks both style and quality, which is kind of expected. However the thing which was really unpleasant was that the evening party could be well heard into our room. Go for Me... more

Huge and busy hotel with loads of frills, good location and a nice pool. The breakfast was deigned for mass production and lacks both style and quality, which is kind of expected. However the thing which was really unpleasant was that the evening party could be well heard into our room. Go for Melias Don Pablo instead just 300m further which is the better value.
