Lovely hotel. Arrived to cool drinks in reception with friendly welcome. We were all inclusive. Hotel seems to have a mixture of customers half board and all inclusive which means no long queues for snacks and the and bar. Rooms very nice and clean and bedding changed when I had small nose bleed, didn’t have to ask. We were 6th floor. Lifts a bit of a nightmare but we were able bodied so used stairs. Toiletries in bathroom. Food choices excellent. Drinks for all inclusive service in dining room was excellent. Half bottles of wine, bottle larger and water and more. Staff fantastic. Snack bar above pool bar ace. My grandkids would appreciate the whipped ice cream and sweets and toppings. Crisps and nuts and ice lollies available from the bar for all inclusive. We played Green bowls was and table tennis. Entertainment for aqua gym etc. Pools were a bit cold but early season. Able to use sister hotels even for drinks and food. Marco hotel undergoing a refurb but very little noise. Lovely location. Again staff are brilliant. Go again? Most certainly

“A great complex.”

Have stayed in the Don pedro previous to this trip so aware of how the full complex is outstanding already. The Don Pablo didn’t disappoint either. It’s beautiful, rooms a great size, balcony too. Have stayed in the Don pedro previous to this trip so aware of how the full complex is outstanding already. The Don Pablo didn’t disappoint either. It’s beautiful, rooms a great size, balcony too. Clean and modern. Lots of amenities throughout the hotel. Staff all lovely and friendly. Pool area spotless and very modern with the outdoor pool bar and restaurant. Came with my husband and father in law (his 9th visit). Had note regards building work at the neighbouring Don marco but never heard a thing the entire week. Will be back here for sure. Great location too.

Just returned from a very pleasant week spent at this hotel. We were warned in advance of renovation work taking place at the adjacent hotel (Don Marco) but decided to go ahead with our plans anyway, and am very glad we did as the building work did not inconvenience us at all. Just returned from a very pleasant week spent at this hotel. We were warned in advance of renovation work taking place at the adjacent hotel (Don Marco) but decided to go ahead with our plans anyway, and am very glad we did as the building work did not inconvenience us at all. Rooms: Spacious and clean with plenty of drawer and hanging space. Room safe included in the price. English speaking news channels on the TV. Would have liked a dressing table mirror Restaurant: Huge but very efficient. Staff work hard to clear and relay tables, and we never had to wait to be seated. Food: Fantastic array oi buffet fare. My son is a vegan and I thought he might struggle, but he seemed to find plenty to eat - just nothing where the meat or fish would usually be - but plenty of salads, fruit, rice, pasta etc. Shame most of the sumptuous dessert offerings were out of bounds for him! Pool area: Very clean and sunbeds everywhere. We never struggled to find one. Nice outdoor bar and a terrace for lunch. Judging from the reactions of those who entered it the pool was very cold! Entertainment: Better some nights than others, but always acceptable and people seemed to enjoy it. Difficult to get a decent view of the stage, however, as there are pillars everywhere in the lounge. Maybe they use the outside stage in summer which would be better as there are loads of tables Smoking Policy: Banned indoors and around the pool, but permitted on balconies and outdoor terraces. Beach: Just across the road - 6 euros per day for a very comfy sun bed with mattress and parasol. Beach cafe a bit pricy though - best take your own picnic. Weather: Just glorious from start to finish. Enjoy!

“Decent hotel in a great location”

Very large hotel/complex shared with other Sol hotels. Nice pool area. Outdoor pools not heated, but didn’t stop my children enjoying the pool (freezing cold in February). Very large hotel/complex shared with other Sol hotels. Nice pool area. Outdoor pools not heated, but didn’t stop my children enjoying the pool (freezing cold in February). There’s an indoor pool, but whilst the air temperature was warm, the pool itself was cold. Could do with better staff supervision of the indoor pool. Plates, half eaten food and glasses left there for hours. Breakfast overall was good. But some food was cold/tepid eg the tortilla. We even go there when the breakfast service started and found items lukewarm or cold, when they should have been hot! Didn’t have dinner, but looked to be lots of choice. Location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Lovely promenade walks (level) in both directions and lots of restaurants etc. Some were closed in February, but still plenty of choice. The old town (and station) is a bit of a trek up the hill, but lots to see on the way up. Main problem was the queues at the reception desk and they never answered the phone if you call from the room. You also have to get pool towels from reception (annoying system!). There was entertainment on each evening, but always looked full and no spare tables and very long bar queues, so didn’t bother! Room was nice, although very very hot. Told air con couldn’t be switched on as it was ‘winter’. They did bring a fan, which helped a bit, but was noisy. Fridge was handy. Safe in room, but kept getting error messages, so too scared to use it! I don’t think I’d like to stay there in peak season.
