The good: The food - a seemingly seamless dining room operation at dinner and breakfast ( I only had 2 of each but they well illustrated how things are - its all buffet serve yourself style...other than drinks which are table service. Breakfast has wide selections of fresh fruit, baked goods, a pancakes station ( I think the Spanish are even more sweet toothed than the Brits..), many fruit juices including peach so DIY Belinnis are possible with the offered cava...egg cooking station (hotplate) ...Nice tortilla...very good bacon ...plus the usual meats and cheese for those so inclined. Good bread but jam/marmalade unexciting '- hot drinks are from the machine but coffee is good. Dinner is similar basis..areas for the prepared hot food ( eg nice casseroles with beef or chicken, for hotplate ( pork or fish when I was there including lovely hake one of my days)...a pasta and pizza corner ...endless dessert and tubs of ice cream...literally something for all..well cooked, tasty. The staff: all those I encountered were unfailingly courteous, helpful, and efficient..a real credit to the hotel . The rooms..well, it can't all be perfect...my room was absolutely fine but rather tired looking..functional rather than at all fancy. So a solid hotel maybe needing some upgrading of the accommodation but everything delivered with a smile. Drink prices are perfectly reasonable and cheaper than UK. Not 5 blobs but probably better than the 4... call it 8.5 out of 10.

“bad booking policy”

we stipulated twin beds when booking,then went ahead and booked most expensive room.On arrival we were told that no twin beds available so we downgraded to cheaper room with twin beds.No refund offered yet hotel should have known situation with beds.

We were disappointed with the hotel it wasn’t like a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star. The positives are the hotel is in a good location, the pool area was clean & tidy. We were disappointed with the hotel it wasn’t like a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star. The positives are the hotel is in a good location, the pool area was clean & tidy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were a nice quality and were changed 3 times a week. The Negatives are the food was not very good (we went H/B it was very cool, bland no flavour to it. Some of the potatoes and sprouts were hard and could not be eaten. The paintwork and carpets need changing as there are stains in the hallway, also in our room when we flushed the toilet there was often a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The seating area there was soulless it was lifeless and dated. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it wasnt cheap, I would have understood if it was half the price.

“Changes to all inclusive at pool bar since our last visit”

Currently on holiday here for a week, our seventh visit in two years. There have been a few changes that have taken place since our last visit in October 2023 which have disappointed us a bit. Mainly the outdoor pool bar snack menu. Although the choice of food remains the same and general times for eating there have been extended, the time when all inclusive customers can eat there have been changed. All inclusive customers can no longer eat the all inclusive food on the menu when the main restaurant is open 1-3pm without paying 50% of the price. This change is something that would make us reconsider coming again. We prefer to eat around the pool during the daytime instead of washing and changing out of swimwear to go in a more formal dining room. The pool bar here operates like an outdoor restaurant unlike other hotels with self service snack food which has been the reason we have chosen here over other places. Now we feel restricted over when we can eat the type of lunch we'd like (we have paid to be all inclusive and don't expect to have to pay 50% for the all inclusive options on the menu). Changing the times but not making it clear on the menus is not considerate. It would be nice to think management would rethink and revert to the way it has operated this aspect for the last 2 years (our last 6 visits). All staff at the pool bar and reception were polite and helpful in explaining the change but it has left us feeling we're not getting what we booked to expect based on previous visits. New guests probably don't mind as they'd be unaware of how it was better before. We would have minded less if it was at least clear. One poster was found on a wall at the side of the bar after the confusion, but the old menus are still being used on the tables for ordering and they don't explain new timings of what is allowed 'free' for all inclusive (see attached photos). The reception staff were initially unaware of changes when we enquired (when sent there by pool bar staff for an explanation) and they couldn't explain to us about the changes without first making phonecalls. Other than that, still enjoying the holiday here and still a nice hotel. Shame about a change to something that was previously a positive for us.
