“Newly renovated rooms ”
Good Japanese style newly renovated rooms. Clean and comfortable, also luxurious. I think this type of Japanese style rooms is unique also outstanding among all 5 star hotels in Nanjing. We had a good night sleep. Staffs were really professional. Good.

“Great staycation”
We had the best check in experience in Nanjing, Steven was very helpful, due to COVID there are many documents needs to filled out, he made it so easy for us. The hotel upgraded us to the suite which was great! Lounge staffs were helpful as well.

“5 star service”
I stayed there as few years back and my experience with them is great. Location of this hotel is very good. Not far from the city centre. Due to its convenient location, it's very easy to go anywhere from here. Not enough staff that can speak English, that's something they have to work on

“Tired and Lack of Quality”
Overall I would liek to rate Sheraton Nanjing Kingsley for 3+. The hotel in fact gave me impression back to 2000s once entering the lobby.
