My friends & I just retuned back home from a 5-night stay at the Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay and loved our stay there. We were upgraded to a Disney resorts view room with my Marriott Bonvoy status and saw amazing fireworks from our balcony each night. The club lounge was truly exceptional as were the restaurants on the lobby levels. The staff we encountered all over the hotel were so friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely return back to the Sheraton on our next trip to Tokyo Disney. Thank you for an amazing experience!

We stayed at the Treasures 2 Beds room for two nights during our family trip to Tokyo Disneyland. Accompanied by my wife and our 3-year-old daughter, we were delighted by the spaciousness of the room, which comfortably accommodated two large double beds. The bathroom, complete with my daughter's favorite tub and a convenient stool for her, added to our comfort. The resort's exterior was inviting, featuring a picturesque rocky pool and lush green garden. We appreciated the convenience of on-site shops, particularly those selling Disney toys, and the arcade game zone provided endless entertainment for the whole family. Breakfast, served at the Galleria Cafe for elite members, offered an excellent spread, with a designated kids' corner making dining stress-free. However, the highlight of our stay was the exceptional evening aperitif at the club lounge, which truly impressed us with its offerings. Transportation to JR Maihama station was hassle-free thanks to the hotel's regular shuttle services. Overall, our experience at the resort was exceptional, with spacious rooms, convenient amenities, delicious dining options, and excellent transportation services. We highly recommend it for families looking to enhance their Tokyo Disneyland experience.

I stayed here with my family for 6 nights to visit Tokyo and Disney. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but will also admit it might not be the best option for everyone. We got in very late using the Limousine Bus from Haneda. It wasn’t too busy at check in but still waited about 5-10 minutes. The check in process is quite lengthy, but glad their English was very good. We eventually got to our room on the 10th floor. I had mixed thoughts on the room. I was told we were upgraded, but I’m not sure in what respect. I had reserved a standard 4-bed room, but I think we possibly got 2-double beds and 2-single beds, instead of 4-single bed, which is technically an upgrade but not that much value to us. The room felt very old and outdated. It’s been a long time I’ve stayed in a hotel with such a small tv. The beds are quite firm. There was also the only two available outlets to plug our devices. Room was very clean though. No outside noise issues during the entire stay. Toilet space is separate from bath/shower space, which is helpful for the family. We did have a view of the parks so we were able to watch some of the fireworks. We liked the amenities. Fitness gym was adequate and never too busy. Kids liked spending time at Namcoland even though they never won anything. Outdoor mini-golf looked fun for little kids. There is a free shuttle that goes to Maihama Station which saves some yen if you want to go to Tokyo and avoid using the Disney Resort Line which has a cost. But Disney Resort Line is handier to get to the park entrances. We did have access to Club Lounge, and it was terrific. We did pay extra for our older kids, but it was worth it. Full Japanese and Western options for breakfast and dinner. There was something for everyone. Service was very polite and attentive. We never really used the other elite member benefits as my kids are too old for the kid center, and we didn’t have time to use the onsen. It takes roughly an hour to get into Tokyo. This certainly isn’t convenient, but it worked for us. Since most places don’t open until 10, by the time we finished breakfast and headed out, we got to our destination near opening time. And since we have kids, we always came back at a reasonable time, so this worked for us. Overall, a very good stay. Very convenient to Disney. More affordable than getting two rooms in Tokyo. Just wish the rooms were updated. Still enjoyed our stay.

Firstly, the staff are top notch. They are lovely and try hard to meet your needs. As for the rooms and facilities, I would expect more from the Marriot Bonvoy brand. Firstly, the staff are top notch. They are lovely and try hard to meet your needs. As for the rooms and facilities, I would expect more from the Marriot Bonvoy brand. The rooms are very very out of date and tired. But at least very clean (again thanks to the excellent staff). The main restaurant is a nice spacious venue, but the food is quite dry and stale despite the high turnover. Once renovated this would easily get 10/10 from us.
