The resort consist of various wings. The buildings are 9-storeys, modern and white of colour with red roof top. It has direct access to the resort's lush garden, swimming pools and beach. The buildings offer panoramic views of the Visayan Sea and outlying islands..The Shangri-La Hotel is located on the Punta Engano Beach front on Mactan Island, just 15 minutes from the international airport, 20 minutes east of the Cebu City Business District and all major historical sites.

The customer service is always so nice and welcoming! :) Food is delicious and the vibe of the hotel itself is very pleasant. My family was served by Alvin and he has such a nice welcoming vibe! We are enjoing our stay here and definitely will come back in future.

“Consistent and comfy”
3rd time here but never gets old. Not the newest Shangri-la property but well maintained, great service, perfect relaxed tropical vibe. Love the plants! Shout out to Jasper at breakfast in Tides who always went above and beyond for our big family group!
