The resort consist of various wings. The buildings are 9-storeys, modern and white of colour with red roof top. It has direct access to the resort's lush garden, swimming pools and beach. The buildings offer panoramic views of the Visayan Sea and outlying islands..The Shangri-La Hotel is located on the Punta Engano Beach front on Mactan Island, just 15 minutes from the international airport, 20 minutes east of the Cebu City Business District and all major historical sites.

“Great place with absolutely amazing staff.”
Very pretty resort with good rooms. Lots of different restaurants to dine in and things to do. Beach is lovely and water balmy. Biggest takeaway though is the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. “Amazing!”
We stayed there a few occasions and it get better and better each time! Our stay is made much more delightful by friendly F&B Team, Housekeeping, and the receptionist. We loved the food selection at all the restaurants. We can’t wait to return! Must try their Master Lou’s XO Sauce.

“Great little great away!”
All in all a great stay! Friendly staff, fun activities, comfy bed, clear blue water great for snorkeling, also great Aperol spritzes!!! Def reckon staying in the ocean suites as the lounge access is great. Look forward to coming back already :)
