The resort consist of various wings. The buildings are 9-storeys, modern and white of colour with red roof top. It has direct access to the resort's lush garden, swimming pools and beach. The buildings offer panoramic views of the Visayan Sea and outlying islands..The Shangri-La Hotel is located on the Punta Engano Beach front on Mactan Island, just 15 minutes from the international airport, 20 minutes east of the Cebu City Business District and all major historical sites.

Staff is outstanding. Best service we've had in a long time, even high for Shangri-La standards. “The staff were amazing!”
The staff were very friendly and were so attentive to our needs. Overall, it was a great experience. More than the resort, it was really the staff that made my stay worth while. The food in tides restaurant were great. Everything in the buffet was awesome!

“Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff”
