The resort consist of various wings. The buildings are 9-storeys, modern and white of colour with red roof top. It has direct access to the resort's lush garden, swimming pools and beach. The buildings offer panoramic views of the Visayan Sea and outlying islands..The Shangri-La Hotel is located on the Punta Engano Beach front on Mactan Island, just 15 minutes from the international airport, 20 minutes east of the Cebu City Business District and all major historical sites.

“THE BEST STAYCATION SO FAR THIS 2024.”
I really enjoyed my stay in Shangri-La, the staffs were accomodating and courteous. The food is excellent too. I would love to come back soon. The room smells good, and it’s very relaxing. The ameneties were exceptional. I love Shangri-La.

“Wonderful Staff”
I would like to commend sir Thor, the lifeguard, for an excellent service. He's so accommodating that he even informed us about the activities that we were able to do lately today. Your staff are wonderful truly, they make the place and our stay worthwhile.

“Superb experience”
Special thanks to the lifeguard, Thor for his world class customer service 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Thor was incredible, he is so focus on his job. He also has eyes on the water/ swimmers at all times- which is very good. He even suggests more activities for us to enjoy the resort.
