“Lovely stay, gorgeous views.”

Sitting in the reception area waiting for pick up to continue on for a week’s cruise. We stayed a week all inclusive in a double pool view room. Hotel is spotless. Never any dirty glasses, plates or rubbish lying around. Rooms are very clean. Food, I thought, was great. Not a massive buffet like some other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed but I prefer this. I’m vegetarian and always had plenty to eat. Labelling could be better. I did need to ask a few times what the dishes were as it wasn’t clear. Drinks were good for all inclusive. The beer was very good. Sparkling wine and wine also very good. Premium brands had to be paid for. There are 2 menus for drinks - one for all inclusive and another for half board or premium drinks. Staff are all very nice. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and attentive. The views from the hotel are gorgeous. There isn’t much in the area if you want to venture out. A couple of bars / restaurants. We ate out in the restaurant across the road once and had a few drinks in some of the other bars. All very nice. We got the bus to port de Pollensa twice. Gorgeous area also with some lovely bars and restaurants in the square and along the front. It’s a 15 min ride from the hotel and the bus stop is straight across the road. Reception provided timetables. Only negatives were that there was no bottled water provided in the rooms or bars. Only by the glass. There is a shop straight across the road though so we just filled from there. Lovely hotel and a lovely stay. Perfect if you just want to relax.

“A quiet adult only hotel.”

My second visit to this hotel. It has changed a bit. Set in a quiet village overlooking the sea. Very clean throughout. My second visit to this hotel. It has changed a bit. Set in a quiet village overlooking the sea. Very clean throughout. The entertainment was quite good but the room has pillars and shelves everywhere. Makes it a bit isolated from other people and hard to see the stage. The food was reasonable but sometimes there were no labels to say what it was. Would have been nice to have had a vegetarian option each night. The staff were lovely and mostly helpful.

We arrived at the hotel late at night and found out the hotel is CASH FREE. Please be aware if you plan to bring cash, you cannot spend it In the hotel. Only found this out upon arrival as it was not stated on the hotel website or by TUI as we had to pay the tourist tax with card which we had planned to pay using cash. Unfortunately other guests did not know it was card only either as many brought cash as they were half board. The hotel should update their website to inform guests it is card only as im sure many people will be bringing cash with them. Other than that, the hotel is clean and quiet with brilliant entertainment by the pool, food has been nice so far but we are only 1 day in so far.

First the positives - plenty of food options and nice and fresh regardless of the time you turned up to eat. Staff in restaurant attentive and bar staff - Pep and the young guy at the pool bar were really lovely and friendly. Adrian the entertainment guy is a credit to the hotel. I don’t choose a hotel for the entertainment but as there wasn’t a lot going on in the local area we did end up staying in for the hotel entertainment and it was good. Beautiful location with great views. Hotel nice and modern and clean, beds were very comfortable. Sun loungers comfortable and always plenty of availability. Negatives - not a lot around in this area in terms of bars or restaurants so if looking for places to eat out head to Pollensa for a nice meal and/or nice bars. Air conditioning wasn’t working for the first few days, kept reporting to reception and just kept being told they were coming to fix. Rooms were hot and stifling but no bottles of water offered. Had to report broken glass in the room but 4 hours later it was still there and we ended up having to ask for a dustpan and brush to clean it up ourselves. Food could be warmer - perhaps plate warmers would help. As with most all inclusive buffets it got a bit repetitive. Gym not the best I’ve used in a 4* hotel.
