This place is not cheap by Saigon standards, but is a bargain by Western standards. A Suite like theirs in the US could easily run into the thousands of dollars in some areas. You might be tempted to stay somewhere cheaper, but the place is convenient, has every amenity you will need, and is beautifully designed. The breakfast is excellent. Unlike some other hotels in Saigon that claim to be luxury hotels, this feels like a luxury hotel. I have also stayed at a similarly priced hotel run by a major Japanese chain, but it didn't measure up to this or to the standards of that chain's hotels in Japan. So don't merely go by the general reputation of a chain. Look at the specific hotels. Saigon will be hot. There's no getting around it. You will appreciate having a place where you can shower when you want and then toss your laundry into a washer/dryer rather than packing 2-3 sets of clothing for each day of your trip. Even if you don't use many of the amenities that the hotel has to offer, it's worth having a nice place to come back to each day.

This hotel is located above a premium shopping mall. The Saigon Centre Mall has all that you could want - luxury to mid-class stores. Fantastic food options in the lower level and all types of restaurant options scattered throughout the mall. You could stay fully within the mall for all your needs, if you wanted to. If venturing outside, lots of food options within a very short walk. In short, this hotel is centrally and ideally located. Many rooms are suites, with full kitchens (not just kitchenettes) and the all important washer/dryer combo. I stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and my travelling partners stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Rooms were modern, fresh and of high quality. Rooms were also quiet - I never detected noise from adjacent rooms. Our rate also included daily breakfast in the lobby restaurant. While not a huge buffet, by western standards, it did have everything you could want - both western and Asian style. It also included an a la carte menu which you could select well prepared entrees for breakfast (included in buffet price, no additional up-charge). Overall, a fantastic stay at the Sedona. Much better price point that your traditional large chain hotels, but with all the premium service, rooms, and amenities.

This is a tremendous hotel in every respect with phenomenal staff members. They are attentive to every need. I especially love the breakfast crew: Que…Nhung…Vi….they were all terrific every day. The gym is awesome. The restaurants are tasty. There is a massage place across the street. Ninety minute massages for $20USD. There is a mall next door…The Saigon Center…there is a currency exchange across the street with an excellent exchange rate. The hotel is easily accessible to all the sights of Ho Chi Min City. I can’t wait to come back here.

“Sedona for families”

Max our server and he was amazing! Well done Max. I really appreciated his friendliness and communication during our dining experience. The family really enjoyed the time we spent here and We look forward to coming back and staying and dining at Sedona again soon.
