Very strong stay overall and one of the better value five star options in the city. We stayed in a spacious grand one bedroom with river view. It was quiet, well laid out, and exceptionally clean to the point where you feel comfortable walking barefoot. The gym is a standout and not a typical hotel setup. It is a full fitness facility connected to Saigon Centre with proper equipment, outside members, and classes. Staff were friendly throughout, with Max in the restaurant especially helpful. Breakfast buffet was solid with good variety. Location is excellent. Direct access to Saigon Centre was a real advantage for shopping and casual dining, and the surrounding area is very walkable with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only minor drawbacks. Beds are quite firm. A mattress topper was provided which helped, but a thicker one would improve comfort. Service at Towa restaurant was also less attentive. We were not informed about the outdoor seating option and were seated inside on a great evening while the patio was half empty.

Excellent service by the staff and comfortable rooms. The water pressure is the shower is good and strong. The bed is also comfortable with ample of support. Excellent service by the staff and comfortable rooms. The water pressure is the shower is good and strong. The bed is also comfortable with ample of support. Staff are all attentive without being too intrusive. The team at The Straits Kitchen is top notch, with a special shout out to Dang Che Quay Max for taking care of my table every morning. Very good at giving recommendations too! Khang from the Chinese restaurant Lai was also very patient and graceful in his service. He gave super helpful tips and advice on the dinner menu orders. The food was excellent and he managed to get the kitchen to accommodate to our dietary preferences. A solid stay in HCMC and I will definitely be back!

We would like to thank sedona suites and its staff for going above and beyond to provide an enjoyable holiday: 1. Mr Dang (doorman) for helping a helpess tourist (without local sim/data) to find good local services, and safe and clear direction. He saved me a lot of hassles on the road. I felt confident and save walking to local shops as a result. I appreciate him more because of his patience managing language barrier to communicate effectively. 2. All wait staff at "Tthe Straits kitchen n bar" for their tireless effort to make us vietnamese coffee with less sugar every morning. We enjoyed the morning banter very much, particularly with Iron Turtle/Max. Truc was so kind to recommend a place closeby to buy vietnamese coffee to take home (just made my day).
