“Fantastic hotel and staff!”

We have been here for the fourth time and we are delighted again. The hotel has beautiful and tastefully furnished rooms, all inclusive is always tasty and light enough to be healthy :) The place in the meadows is charming and it's nice to sleep here, the thermal baths are a few meters from the hotel accessible via a connecting corridor. The staff is pleasantly "invisible," but omnipresent, always at hand and ready to fulfill every wish. We would love to come again and then again. The hotel has only two small flaws: the smoking area is right in front of the main entrance, so you have to go through the smoke every time you come in and go out. The second thing is that the hotel is available for ages 0+. Personally, I'm not sure if newborns enjoy traveling or being in a spa, but I'm sure everyone around them doesn't. Dear Management, how about 12+? We are mostly seniors here anyway :)

The hotel is nice and the staff friendly even they are overworked and during the breakfast and the amount of people exhaust. The rooms are comfortable and nice but no air conditioning. As for the dinner at the buffet 26 Euro per person is way too much and for the children there is no reduction which is a pity. So outside food is recommended in the several bearbeiten restaurants. Beside the hotel is a hot water bath with outdoor swimming which is excellent maintained and free for Hotel guests. It’s not a hotel for having fun and children easy get bored since there is not even a playground for them. More older people and Pensionisten are here. The surroundings are nice but not much site seeing available. A trip to Karlovy Vary is recommenced and not far away. All in all nice and quite.

The hotel itself is really nice. Our room was great. One of the better ones. Lots of space, clean, nice decorated, robes are complementary. When we got there we had 1 small bar of soap and 2 small liquid soaps. That was it for the entire week. A complementary bottle of water and two glasses. After a couple of days I asked if the glasses could be replaced daily. It happened, but it should have happened automatically in a five star hotel. The rooms were cleaned, but the sheets were not replaced after three days as promised in their guide. Breakfast was good, but we noticed that about one hour before breakfast service ended they even took their time to replenish. Service was great the first couple of days. Then they service personnel changed and service went right down. At times it got very uncomfortable. Check-in was very professionel and patient. Generally staff is pleasant and does take time to answer questions. One thing I found annoying is that two massage appointments were changed twice in one day. We would go back there if we got hold of a deal, but this is not four star service. I would give them four at the most.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are space, clean, nice decorated, robes are complementary. But there was no service at all. We came in when all the spas and the warmbad was closed. There was no single gesture of the hotel to compensate. Coffee offered was not from the great bean machine, but was served after 15 minutes from the breakfast cans. Checking out we had to go back to our room to retrieve some towels for them. We won't come back.
