“4 out of 5 , staff are very friendly.”

All 3 restaurants are delicious with professional staff. New beds are more comfortable. TV was broken took 1 hour to fix. The cable box was moved to near TV . in room phone calls for outside call was terrible .

Good space as it’s older development. No view but in the city it’s more of convenience. Staffs were friendly Hotel cleanliness was good Only comment will be the facilities, gym should have extra equipments and sauna though they have staggered timing but the security is kind of lacking as anyone could open up the door during the operational time. Also the bedroom’s bathroom was kind of no privacy as they installed the controller inside of the bathroom but anyone outside could just flip it. If you have teenage children or even friends with different gender then maybe you want to take note of this before you book. Otherwise it’s still a good old clean hotel.

This is not one of your modern fancy hotels. But, service and quality are still reasonably good... This is not one of your modern fancy hotels. But, service and quality are still reasonably good... The pros: - Location good for access to subway and local shopping. - I stayed in a suite and the size was very roomy with a relatively modern interior. - Good housekeeping. - Nice welcome note and complimentary fruits/snacks left in room on first day. - Priced appropriately for the type of hotel. - As with all hotels in Taipei and Japanese hotels, the service was efficient and competent. The cons: - Does not exude luxury - an older and more dated hotel. - My room did not have good sound-proofing - I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms/floors.
