On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Quite General”
My parents and I stayed here for one night. The hotel was spacious and clean and the rooms were large. However, we did not receive the scheduled morning call and the food was not very appealing. Breakfast choices are limited and refilling of dishes was not very efficient.

“Disappointed”
I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool and restaurants, but the pool was closed for winter (it was just autumn and very hot) and didn't look like it had been used for a long time. “Don't be surprised by the "local rating".”
We booked a tour package and we were given this hotel as they told us it is 4-5 star hotel. When we arrived, the whole place was very gloomy and dimmed. IMHO, this hotel need a makeover / revamping. “Nothing special”
