“Beautiful hotel and grounds”

Check in was so quick and easy, with really friendly receptionists. Our room wasn't ready as we were a little early but was able to store bags and go for a lovely walk along the sea front which is very close Room was beautiful, clean and fresh with a new bathroom, had a perfect Seaview All inclusive, the food was a great selection and something for everyone to enjoy, even the fussy eaters. The pool bar charges 1 euro for a hard plastic glass which u get back wen u return the glass. Lot of people fail to understand this...even more queued to get it back...its a euro...I gave it as a tip each time. Thank you Anna at the pool bar for being so nice and friendly. The grounds are amazing with a lovely sized pool and deck chairs plotted all round the trees and flowers. I have been to this hotel before in November '23 and returned in May '24 with family and loved it yet again, staff are so friendly and the place has a lovely chilled atmosphere. I have already booked again for September.

“Well worth the money.”

We booked a last minute getaway for us both here and have to say after reading a few bad reviews were a bit apprehensive....but for no reason at all....we got here early may and the weather has been amazing the hotel room was fantastic with an amazing sea view and if you can't find something to eat then you're mad haha staff have been friendly and courteous...very efficient service...very clean and in lovely surroundings with a great pool and gardens...can't fault it one bit and will definitely be back.

“Okay but food quality was a let down.”

This was my second stay at this hotel (last time was 5 years ago), quite a disappointing experience in general though with this visit. good points were the rooms were nice and spacious and I like the fact that they were carpeted which kept the noise down from other occupants. Very good independently controlled aircon which worked great, bathroom was nice and large and shower was excellent with free hand wash and shower gel which was a bonus. Fridge was nice and cold but you have to pay for a safe which I thought odd. The biggest downsides were the quality and choice of food in the restaurant (we stayed half board). As this is an All inclusive hotel they obviously have to keep costs down and the food was very basic especially desserts (baked apple every night), limited choice but it was functional and edible. Big bonus is that there is free water and soft drinks at every meal time which was good. Water machine kept breaking down as did the ice cream machine and ketchup dispenser. The pool area felt grubby and the music was ridiculously loud (spanish rock music), given the average age was over 60 around the pool this was totally inappropriate. Staff I found were quite 'off' although reasonably helpful (more so staff in restaurant) the attitude was not quite right, maybe due to a translation issue. Given the negatives mentioned I would still stay here again but only bed and breakfast due to the poor standard of food, the cost of the stay was good value overall and as long as you are capable of the steep hill walk up to the hotel each day it is a good overall choice.
