We had a lovely time in Rome from 18 to 22nd of April. We notified Pamela about the approximate time we are going to arrive and she was there waiting for us. She showed us our apartment, gave us the keys (she does not stay there) and told us to contact her for anything. The entire apartment is very clean, our room also- in the bathroom we found everything from shampoo, shower gel to shaving cream and hairspray ;). The location is very good. Very close to Termini station about 10mins walking. We took a bus from the airport and then from there we walked to the location. It is true that the apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, but that is not a problem from my point of view. Coloseum is just 15mins walking and you can see more sights in your road.The weather was also lovely, so that made walking in Rome very nice. I definitely recommend this place for a lovely time in Rome.

The host always took a great care on our visit. I was amazed how she cleaned and managed this bnb. I will definately recommend this bnb to my friends and family.

For the price, this is outstanding, with en suite, breakfast and wifi. I think some of the reviews are incredibly unfair, if you want a commercialised hotel offering American/English breakfast then don't book an Italian guest house. [Location] - The guest house is located about 15 min walk from Termini station (central), 15 min walk to the Colosseum and 5 min to Manzoni the local Metro station (Metro is so easy to use, honestly!). For the Vatican you just hop on the train and in 15 mins you'll be there. It is in a nice, more residential area, with the oldest gelateria in Italy 2 minutes round the corner! [Breakfast]-In Rome, there is a law that means only pre-packaged foods can be given to guests in this kind of setting. As a result most B&B's give a coffee and a packaged croissant to guests, here Nadia brings a variety of cakes, tarts, etc. each day. Through the day there's always bread, jam, honey and in the fridge, fruit, milk and various juices. A toaster and coffee machine is also available. This is very rarely the case in other places! One day we bumped into Nadia and she seemed concerned that we had not eaten enough and asked if there is anything we would like for breakfast!! We were concerned we had eaten too much. Someone complained that this isn't appropriate stuff for breakfast, however as mentioned, Italian's typically only have a croissant or something similar. The ungratefulness of some kills me as Nadia clearly goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. [Room] - I was amazed by how lovely the room was, clean and modern, with such a spacious en suite. Not only this but often toothe paste, shower gel etc. is left by Nadia for guest use! A nice samsung TV, with Italian channels (to be expected). Nadia also comes and cleans the rooms every day around noonish, so the place was spotless! [Extras]- I was concerned when I arrived that I had forgotten to bring a hairdryer, however there was a table with hairdryers, adapters, an iron and even a sewing kit for guests to use, unbelievable! Checkout time is at 11am, but if your flight is later Nadia lets you leave your luggage and take spare keys so you can enjoy your last day in Rome. [Tips]- We stayed in the Donatello room which was delightful, however, if others are in the room next door, the sound from the en suite can be pretty loud and woke me up very early one morning. If insulation was added to that wall, as the bed is right opposite, the room would be perfect. The shower head is attached quite loosely to the wall so move with caution else it can fall off, a bit of glue would sort it :). Also of course you cannot predict the other guests' behaviour, there are only 3 rooms however, we didn't have any troubles with noise but some others have reported it. + Make sure you select the correct time of arrival, so Nadia can let you in, as she does not live in the apartment herself. Make sure you have a phone which works in Rome with Nadia's number so you can text her to say you've arrived, or if your flight is delayed etc. some guests didn't do this when we were there and if me and my partner hadn't been in and have a phone with Nadia's number they would have been stuck outside for a while. Overall, the price and quality of this guest house is just unbelievable (coming from someone who, admittedly, can be a bit snobby at times). I've never felt so at home when abroad. I left my first trip to Italy absolutely loving Rome and the kindness of the Italian people :).

“a nice accommodation in Rome”

It's easy to miss the entrance in the builiding, so be careful:P. On the fifth floor you' ll find a nice lady and a warm welcome. Very cute, clean place. Happy atmosphere. It;s a good place for a city break:)
