“Great Hotel and staff”

We arrived just before midnight and were checked in by Ivan, he was very professional and explained how to find our room and helped us with hotel information. We stayed 13th April until 20th of April in room 1138, the room was excellent with a great shower, clean bathroom and very comfortable bed's, the room was cleaned every day by the maid to a very high standard. The restaurant was buffet service and we were more than happy with the food on offer, each night there was different meat and fish cooked very well by the grill chef, the salad bar was exceptional, the service staff were attentive but very busy. We used the pool bar quite a lot, Lorena and Daniel looked after us every day and are a credit to the Hotel, there was a good selection of drinks and the staff worked hard but always with a smile The pool area was spotless and cleaned very regularly by the public area cleaner's who were always bright and smiling. The reception staff were excellent and professional, every request was dealt with quickly and on our final day they were able to give us a late checkout which was worth paying for. All in all we found the hotel to be very good, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, i have read other reviews and to be fair we could not have been more happy, i would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definitely return.

Just returned from a long weekend, we were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but we can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were lovely, cleaned everyday we had a view of pool and also distant sea view. Pool area spotless plenty of sunbeds. We had to pay a euro for a plastic cup to use at pool side this isn't a problem you get a clean one every time you go for a drink. Reception staff really friendly and very helpful. Only complaint I would say was entertainment at night was all Spanish, they had bingo on and we were never asked to take part, but it never spoilt our stay here I would definitely return. We had a night out along the few bars just out of hotel turn right, the fluid bar was very welcoming and not a bad price for the drinks.

Hi had 1 week hotel was clean large grounds reception must mention sabas very helpful always a smile first class restaurant was always busy as this is a large complex food was good small selection usually 2 fish and 2 meat had wine on the tap water tap plenty of sun beds hotel being mainly Spanish and French no towels on beds also plenty of flys our room had a fridge we brought a kettle supermarket within walking distance one the whole friendly hotel
