On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“An honest review!”
An honest review. Overall a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Positives - room clean and comfortable. Menor sea view was beautiful, especially at sunset. “Average hotel”
The beds were ok, cleaning ok. But the breakfast was not. Same everyday! Sausage that taste nothing, bacon ditto. Scrambled eggs, hardboiled egg. only white bread, Gouda cheese only, cooked ham, choricho, Spanish omellete with potato? Some youghurt, coffe, chocolate and tea. Booooring and tastele... more
