“Lovely Staff, great food, fabulous hotel”

Stayed for a week at Kaya Belek with my mum in room 1078, rooms are a bit tired however the maid was lovely and kept it very clean. The staff in this hotel are brilliant and go over and above to make your stay excellent. A few mentions, Ahmet and Firhat In the main restaurant were so lovely, and got our tea just how we like it. The food is tasty and plentiful for breakfast lunch and dinner, i really don't know how anyone could complain. It's fresh and topped up and very well presented. The head chef does a great job plus all the staff work really hard in there. We went to the Turkish ala Carte which was nice, but same food as the main restaurant but you don't have to go up and get it yourself. The bar service and evening entertainment was good, however the cocktails are not great. Melis in the main bar is a very sweet girl and so friendly. The guys skating round the pool area do a great job, keeping the drinks flowing. The sun loungers on the beach are a bit worse for wear and could do with replacing. Found the reception team really friendly and helpful, we arrived late at night and they kindly sorted some food for us. They even fixed my mums suitcase!! Can't fault their customer service at all, they were all excellent. Shame there wasn't a hotel shuttle bus as a taxi was 12 euros to Land of legends which is only about 1.5 miles away. We found reception more helpful than the guest relations, who just pointed to a corridor when I tried to find out when our transfer pick up would be Any problems we had were out weighed by how good the hotel staff are at this hotel. Overall if you want a hotel which is clean, great food, great staff, and looks lovely, then this is the place to go. It obviously has a great management team as the staff are totally engaged and seem happy in their work Thank you Kaya Belek Lucy & Jan

Best holiday ever! Travelling as a single parents with a 6yo daughter. All the people of the animation team are our heroes. Their energy is endless. They are so friendly and real pro’s. Your kid doesn’t want to leave the kids club anymore so you can actually read a book! That’s how much fun they have. Very well organised. You can trust them fully. Huge shout out to Adonis, Yeriana and Lili. We love you. Kids will love the minidisco. The hotel itself is great too. Waiters in the restaurant, pool and beach are so friendly and helpful. There is a separate kids department in the restaurants which is lovely. Very nice to swim in the clean sea and pools. There is a heated indoor pool and kids are allowed inside. Perfect!

It was a golf trip, Hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy, facilities good, we were all inclusive. The Main Restaurant is brilliant, great choice for all guest types. Don't bother with the separate restaurants. The Pools are clean, plenty of sun beds. Indoor pool a bit small. Service is fast and efficient in all departments. Reception all good quick and efficient, booked in fast rooms were ready cases and clubs delivered. All the staff are really helpful, friendly and on top of the job. Golf Course and staff all good, course is hard but not so hard you cant enjoy it. Later we required some help with our return travel documents, which reception was unable to sort so we went to guest relations and was helped By "Deyra" the GR manager who was on the ball problem sorted in an instant. Well done all of you at the Kaya Belek will come back again

Second visit to Kaya Belek. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Food is 10/10, so much choice and quality is brilliant. Kids club- amazing, Yeriana and Lili are fantastic. So loving and caring. My daughter didn't want to leave kids club. Waiting staff are brilliant, work tirelessy and very attentive. Only downsides this visit. On the first night we arrived at 2am the porter waited outside of our room for a tip, when we explained we hadn't changed any money over yet he mumbled something very rudley and shuck his head at us. Other downside was guest relation staff have no people skills what so ever. I asked them a few questions whilst staying and they do not know what customer service is. I asked where would be best to go shopping nearby and they told me to get in touch with my travel agent. Simple questions seem like a massive chore when it should be their job to help. Other than that the hotel is brilliant.
