“Fantastic Hotel stay”

Easy location right off the main highway, free parking on site, safe area, plenty of restaurants in the immediate area (you can walk and leave the car parked after a busy day of sightseeing in NYC or shopping). Spacious and clean studio room included a king size bed with two night tables, a stand-up closet with hangers and an electronic safe (which we loved and used), a two-drawer chest just outside the washroom, plus a larger two-drawer chest under the T.V., large writing desk with swivel chair, pull out sofa bed with small coffee tale and ottoman. The washroom was large with a huge shower, great water pressure and plush towels. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, sink and dishwasher. There was a dinner service for 4 people (plates, glasses, bowls, and cutlery). Also a coffee maker, toaster, a pot, a frying pan, and cooking spoons, chefs knife with cutting board. The only thing lacking here was an electric kettle - as a tea drinker I missed this item, but I was able to use the frying pan to boil water for my tea. We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was included. Breakfast had a basic fare: eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt, fruit, breads, waffle maker, apple/orange/cranberry juices from a machine, milk/chocolate milk, tea/coffee station and a few cereals. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Short 5min walk across the parking lot to the bus stop, buy your New Jersey bus or train tickets in the bus shelter machine and we used the #320 Bus from here straight through to the NYC Port Authority for $4.25 per adult/each way (you can buy a return ticket and save the 2nd ticket in your wallet for the return trip). This trip makes 3 stops and then straight through the Lincoln Tunnel into NYC - the entire bus ride is about 20mins. We left our car parked at the hotel and took the bus into NYC daily - great if you are sightseeing or watching a Broadway show (plus no need to worry about drinking and driving).
