“Must eat place and good to stay for business trip”

“First class experience”
Fabulous stay in this hotel as perfect location and staff are always so friendly and helpful.Had an upgrade to a fantastic suite and breakfast was delicious.Would definitely recommend

“Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff”

“Good location and nice hotel for individuals, but not for meetings”
The hotel itself is located very nicely in Covent Garden and the rooms are clean and nice even though quite small. Some rooms at least have some stairs and the bed is placed on a lower level. Bathroom is nice and modern with good shower. The sales department (meetings) is terrible. It takes ages... more
