“Great location with good space.”
Unit was a good a size with good kitchen and facilities. The beds were fantastic - best I've ever been on in a rental. Had a small issue with access cards but this was fixed promptly- biggest issue with this was crossing Epson Road which wasn't too busy at the time fortunately.

“Service sub-par at Epsom Rd Location”
The 600 Epsom Road Property is going to be closed, but the same standard of service should be provided as for those staying at the Ascot Value Road address. Services advertised on website are not available at Epsom Road property.

“Invest in maintenance & clever design”
Rooms are very tired. Toilet located in front of bathroom vanity & shower. Odd location. Apartment 44 had brown stains in the bath. Quite disgusting. Pipes coming out of walls behind laundry area are not what you’d expect of a 4 star property. Only 2 towels provided for 3 of us.
