“Great hotel.”

This hotel is lovley. Very clean lovley decor .. the gardens and pool area kept immaculate. The staff always friendly and polite. Rooms cleaned everyday . The food was OK..you can always find something to eat . Sometimes busy evening times to get a table but you didn't have to wait long. The hotel is not by any shops but there is a little shop within the hotel you can purchase water , newspaper but not much else . I would say it would take us 20 minutes to walk down to the beach and shops and bars . But the hotel do provide free shuttle bus . We never used it as we enjoy walking up and down. Tennis and crazy golf Is free. Over all this hotel is well worth a stay . They had entertainment every night with a singer or dancers .

“Amazing”

Amazing hotel , this our second visit and I know we will be back, food amazing, staff lovely, great value , roof terrace is good, views across are lively, can see mountains with snow on tips, evening entertainment starts early around 8pm, really good acts most nights

I was a bit concerned about staying at this hotel after reading some of the reviews. However I had a very pleasant experience. The room was nice - we had a sea view - didn’t have any noise. Bed was comfy and plenty of space, big wardrobe with hangers. Our hairdryer worked very efficiently…the shower was powerful, it did tend to go hot & cold intermittently but not for long. The hotel was clean, plenty of singers nicely spaced out in the lovely gardens & by the pool. You can hire pool towels with a €10 deposit (each towel) which you get back at the end of your stay. Happy hour is 5-6pm but if you are a couple don’t buy a cocktail each as you end up with four. We just ordered one gin& tonic and therefore had one each. The food - breakfast was very good, plenty of freshly cooked food, it was a good meal, so much fruit, cheeses, yoghurt, fry up, porridge etc . The evening dinner did become a bit repetitive but there was different meat/fish served every night & lovely selection of salads. Personally I don’t like the all inclusive-buffet style but I thought the team of chefs did well to cater for that amount of people. The ‘house’ wine was very cheap at €4.5 for 500ml in the dining area. The staff were very friendly & welcoming and the cleaning team are outstanding. Take note the nearby Thai restaurant is closed - not sure if this is permanent or not. There is a regular shuttle bus from the hotel down into the town, and return…this is very steep walking area & I struggled a bit when we went to a local market. All in all I would recommend the hotel.

fanily oriented hotel with good food and very nice service. located conveniently near beach area and close to the highway. at night expect music and entertainment programs down at the lobby. the shows sometimes may get a bit cheesy but overall quite decent passtime after long hiking day. drinks are good. parking is available in the garage but it was always full so had to hunt for a parking place in the street. normally can find without major issues. I took off two stars because of: 1) rooms have very thin walls. you can hear eveything. we stayed at the hotel for three nights. two out of three around 1am our neighbors were still awake, laughed and chatted. and 2) hotel encourages smoking. the rooms have balconies with ashtrays conveniently placed there by the hotel personnel. prepare ro be a second hand smoker unless you keep the balcony door closed at all times for me as a nonsmoker it was a big nuisance.
