“restaurant food.”
This Hotel is by far the far the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, if you go there you must try the Pelicanos bar, the atmosphere is fantastic. The one criticism is the food in the restaurant should be kept hotter as a lot of the food I tried was just warm.

“Excellent facilities and really good value for money”
A truly excellent hotel. many disabled facilities which is very helpful for older people with limited mobility. staff are helpful and polite. Lovely hotel- just like a decent premier inn in the uk. “Beautiful hotel but avoid for teens/kids as aimed at elderly clientelle”
This is a beautiful hotel but not designed for families at all. Am not sure why it has a tiny playground but this can mislead you to thinking it's family focused but it isn't it's aimed at an elderly Benidorm clientele with organ player and a public room with amazing acts but age 16+.
