If you read every POSITIVE review regarding this Hotel then believe you me I endorse every word…..arrived April 27th 2024 with my daughter for a five day break away from the rat race. Admittedly (or so staff told me) the Hotel had only re-opened on, April 25th 2024 and was therefore pretty quiet to say the least, this suited us as it was so peaceful. Had pool/sea view rooms on second floor and they were both spotless and very modern indeed, entire Hotel spotless, staff incredibly friendly and location ideal. Special mention goes to the two entertainment staff, Natcho and the delightful and charming Ursula, both of whom were both professional and caring. Despite the small amount of guests….at rough guess I would say 50 tops, evening entertainment and Bingo were put on and fun had by all. Outside amenities ALL BRAND NEW as it is my understanding that the Hyatt Hotel chain had taken this hotel over and again, pool, outside café/bar , toilets and multitude of assorted seating types both clean and immaculate. As for food, obviously due to the hotel not being full and to AVOID food waste, the overall array of foodstuff was condensed to accommodate the smaller amount of guests. But this did NOT diminish the choice of food which catered for every taste….including the burger and chip brigade! Furthermore, being all inclusive drinks were both local and BRANDED and again, something for everyone…..including dipsomaniacs!😂 Last but not least be aware that this Hotel is used by SAGA HOLIDAYS and therefore, during the busier season will indeed have a more elderly clientele…..you are in a quieter, more relaxed area in MENORCA not BENIDORM….so don’t expect endless BRIT bars, restaurants, nightclubs or you will indeed be very disappointed……especially your children! Easy bus ride to Mahón for the more adventurous with bus stop outside Hotel plus free courtesy bus to tiny Porto Punto and its small array of shops. Nuff said, my sincere thanks to ALL the wonderful staff at this Hotel and rest assured, just like Arnie…”I’ll be back!”🙏🏻👍👍👍👍

“absolutely fantastic”

iv stayed in 5 star places but this place beats them all. i love here, the staff are amazing, so kind and looking after you. food is so good, i had a meal last night with fish that was the best iv ever tasted. i'm on my own but im not alone here. 100 percent recommend here.

We had a five night break and really enjoyed the hotel and area. Quiet area. Supermarket has a wide variety of items available. You can walk to a small beach area. Staff were friendly. We had a five night break and really enjoyed the hotel and area. Quiet area. Supermarket has a wide variety of items available. You can walk to a small beach area. Staff were friendly. Entertainment staff were brilliant and on our last day we did yoga before flying home. Room clean with a great sea view. If you want a party area this isn’t the place to go. Food all edible with a selection you’d expect from all inclusive. Food not always the warmest but again if you come to an all inclusive dining, you aren’t going to get a restaurant freshly served meal. We walked, visited the opposite end of the island. The hotel provides transfers to areas. With this we went to Ciutadella for a small cost. Free transfer to local beach Paid transfer to airport. No more expensive than a taxi. We took the bus to Mahon. Easy to do. We had a great five days and fitted so much in.
