“Excellent value hotel”

Stayed for 4 weeks so we have good knowledge of the hotel. Overall the hotel was excellent- every member of staff we met was helpful, polite and friendly- I fail to see how other reviewers say they are rude!- the hotel should be proud of them. Stayed for 4 weeks so we have good knowledge of the hotel. Overall the hotel was excellent- every member of staff we met was helpful, polite and friendly- I fail to see how other reviewers say they are rude!- the hotel should be proud of them. Food was all buffet service and quality was very good, with a good variety every day to suit all tastes. The dining room experience is mixed - it gets very noisy at peak times and becomes unpleasant but avoid peak times and it is good. Hotel was spotlessly clean. There has obviously been some updating and the general appearance is very good. The TV service in the rooms is very poor - unacceptable in today’s age with satellite, cable and internet options - never in our 4 weeks did we have both BBC and ITV , and for the last week we had neither due to lack of signal. Despite the couple of negatives we would definitely return as the hotel represents excellent value and is in an ideal location.

“Lovely holiday”

A really nice place to stay, the staff are lovely, the whole place is very clean, the garden and pool area is beautifully maintained and I defy anyone not find something to enjoy in the wide variety of food available. A really nice place to stay, the staff are lovely, the whole place is very clean, the garden and pool area is beautifully maintained and I defy anyone not find something to enjoy in the wide variety of food available. Salads , meat and fish of every kind is on offer and the desserts are amazing. As a vegetarian there was not always the choices we have in this country but it’s a different culture and there was always something that I could have. Without fail I found every staff member very pleasant and helpful. It is a very busy family hotel so do your research before you book so you avoid school holidays etc if you prefer a quieter time, yes the walls are thin as they are in many hotels so earplugs are a good idea . This is an excellent three star hotel not five star so if you bear that in mind you will be pleasantly surprised at the value for money on offer

“Don't choose for optional trips.”

This holiday provides all inclusive winter sunshine at a competitive price. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Public areas are a bit spartan, not much comfy seating here! This holiday provides all inclusive winter sunshine at a competitive price. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Public areas are a bit spartan, not much comfy seating here! Food in restaurant provided a good choice, but keep an eye on fish & meat cooked on griddle that it is cooked through. Good spot if you can walk to explore the city. Castle provides lovely views, we walked round port and marina. There is an easy walk round the bay, we had a paddle in the sea. There are plenty of sunbeds round the pool to read and catch the rays. Denia market on Mondays is worth a look. Brochure gives a list of optional trips, but be aware that most do not run as they need minimum numbers, so do not choose this holiday because of them. This is the second saga holiday we have found there is no option to go on most trips. We did go to Moraira, but expensive for a coffee and a market.
