We stayed here for 3 nights on the 11 May, located on floor 18, check in was fast and easy, staff are all friendly in the hotel, very helpful, I asked if there was an iron available to use, and for a deposit of €10 a iron and board are bought to your room, deposit back when you give the receipt back. The hotel smells lovely when you walk in and all communal areas are immaculately clean. We found the lifts excellent and had no problems, the terrace bar is a lovely addition, although I found the cocktail list quite limited, unless you like whisky! My husband loved them! 🍹 Our room was fab, everything you need and views across Benidorm are beautiful, 1 small negative is the glass door to the bathroom offers zero privacy, not a problem as a couple, but if we returned as a family with our 11 year old son, would be more of a problem! Breakfast buffet was varied and fresh. Overall would return to this fab hotel!!

Arrived as a couple for 3nights bed and breakfast ,quick simple check in allocated room 1807 , I believe this is there best room right at the top/front of hotel with gorgeous views of levante beach , room was clean ,modern and very spacious with tea/coffee facilities large tv screen air con only... more

Arrived as a couple for 3nights bed and breakfast ,quick simple check in allocated room 1807 , I believe this is there best room right at the top/front of hotel with gorgeous views of levante beach , room was clean ,modern and very spacious with tea/coffee facilities large tv screen air con only negative I can find is the glass door on bathroom if staying with friends or teenage children this lack of privacy is not ideal , we was just 1 floor below the amazing roof top bar which we enjoyed on our first night , lifts were easy to operate only busy at breakfast time we found , the hotel is spotless clean and the staff we encountered were all friendly , breakfast was good , great location , pool area is good with a bar/snacks available , this hotel is in a great location with easy access to beach , buses and the “strip” we will definitely return as a family to this hotel and I don’t say this lightly , thank you port Benidorm
