“Brilliant hotel ”

Outstanding hotel very close to amenities rooms beautiful room 1813 outstanding quality big room and no glass units like other reviews as this is a corner room only a few stairs too rooftop bar for cocktails 🍹 staff brilliant food ok something for everyone so no complaints there.

Just home from a week’s stay (27 April- 4 May) and yet again have had a fantastic holiday staying at the Port Benidorm. Just home from a week’s stay (27 April- 4 May) and yet again have had a fantastic holiday staying at the Port Benidorm. Everything from start to finish was great, the staff, the rooms and the facilities-especially the cocktail bar on the roof terrace. Hoping to be back in November for my mothers 90th Birthday, just waiting on TUI confirming if we can get an adapted room for 3 people - fingers crossed

On arrival we were quite impressed. Hotel entrance smelt very clean and spacious. Room had great view over the sea. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. We got here late evening so we caught the last meal which was nice and show. However it went down hill from there. We were all inclusive and only ate 3 times. The food was the same everytime and wasn't very nice. Even the drinks were awful. For all-inclusive only 1 cocktail was included so we had to pay for our drinks even the beer. They allowed you free bottled water but by end of our holiday they were only providing glassed water which was no good to take it up to room. People pay to upgrade but if only uou could get refund for not eating and drinking at hotel. Snack bar was not open through our whole stay and we were there 11 nights. Rooms arnt sound proof, we heard people's alarms going off 7am and through patio door could hear the drunks throughout night. We were on 15th floor. Entertainment was hit and miss , some good some not so. Daytime activities?? Nobody came around and nobody knew where to go. Few shops around hotel my advise shop around as they vary in price . Few bars outside hotel which also not great . One was called triangle it was filthy, beer all over floor tables and chairs around pool tables and drinks expensive. The other bar we tried was opposite, advertised bingo and shows but when we went in they said no. The adverts had been up since covid and the didn't update. The strip we never tried it's not our thing getting hammered and mugged as we seen few young boys mention. Cocktail bar great view however my husband was told he couldn't have his t-shirt off but yet few girls up there in bikinis? Maybe he should have put 1 on . Shower screen not big enough as water spills all over floor and ants all around kettle
