We went half board. Excellent views, rooms,staff and location. Food was a little bit hit or miss especially when presented with chicken or turkey breast which you were unable to tell the difference as it was bland and tasteless. But excellent Salad, Fruit and Pastry stations. One issue we had within the Seaview Kitchen Restaurant, was areas were either reserverd for the use by Coach Trip operaters or because of staffing issues. This resulted in paying guest not having access of the the best views of the sea and beach lagoon, this made us feel as a little bit unappricated, not a good move by Management. In addition the Bthai Restaurant was not open during our stay and we were not told why?. During our stay it was my wifes Birthday and a very nice touch by the Hotel Management was they left us a Birthday Card and Bottle of Brut in our room that evening.

We stayed 4 nights on an inclusive basis. First the positives.. The suite was fantastic The staff were great The views were incredible The negatives I feel that Management need to address are…. 1. The all inclusive basis did not feel all inclusive. Out side the set meals times there was very very little on offer. Mainly just crisps at the pool,and the option of a few cakes at 5pm ,but you had to travel up to the 8th floor to avail of the cakes .The pool was on the ground floor.So this did not make sense to me. There was a few sandwiches in the pool available but this is not something you would generally go for in between the 3 set meals. Perhaps if some cakes pastries and icecream could be made available at the pool bar it would help a little. When you looked around all you could see people getting as snacks was a few crisps so this needs to improve. Other reviews have mentioned this before but it does not seem to have improved. 2. The pool opened from 10 am until 6pm while the pool bar only opened from 11am until 5pm. This meant when you were at the pool on the ground floor if you needed anything you had to get in a lift and go to floor 8 for water or drinks etc or else go without. I feel the pool bar at level 0 should be open at the same times as the pool so as to accommodate to better accommodate the people and to save people the trek to level 8 3. We we booked the all inclusive we were told you were covered for 50% of the cost of drinks in the sky bar. But when we checked in we were informed we were covered for nothing in the sky bar and had to pay for everything. Most all inclusive people voted with their feet and stayed away from the sky bar even though it was beautiful up there.Most days it was empty . Why would you pay all inclusive and then go up the the sky bar and pay again? I feel all 3 negatives I have mentioned are down to the Management decisions and are down to the Management themselves to resolve. The individual staff members are fantastic and work very hard at keeping guests happy.

This hotel is excellent. Food is amazing, service impeccable, food luxurious, location fabulous and wonderful staff. Had a great stay but.... When we checked out at 11 our all inclusive wristbands were cut-off and we now have no food or drink for hours. Our transfer does not arrive until 1700 hours

A sour end to an amazing holiday. Food, room, quality of drinks were really good. We loved it. However on the day of us departing, our inclusive wristbands were cut off and told we couldn't use the all inclusive facilities after midday. I have never experienced this with an inclusive before. We purposely chose late flights for a long weekend all inclusive getaway.
