We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady at the end in reception helped us with where to go to on the Island. My Daughter had her hair braided in the hotel salon which she loved and my husband had a tattoo done in there too. All the bar staff were lovely. A special mention to the lovely Ele who remembered our drink orders and always served us with a smile. We went at the beginning of April which was slightly out of season so if you want it more lively go after the end of April

“Amazing!”

Amazing! Would definitely go back again. Loved this hotel nice atmosphere and staff. Near main strip food was lovely and rooms really clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Ibiza near all the main attractions! 10/10 hotel!

The hotel was very well placed and central to beach, bars and restaurants. The food in the restaurant was exceptional- a huge array of choice and the homemade omelettes were superb. Our room was perfectly equipped and had a lovely view of the bay and pool. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in it was very quiet at night and seemed to be sound proofed. The cleaning staff were very approachable and provided towels when we asked and they cleaned every day. Towards the end of our stay the hotel was full and the impact was noticeable from queues to get into the breakfast room, to queues for the lifts- which were so intense if just walked up to the floor 5 where we were staying rather than wait. There is excellent security as there is a guard permanently in reception. The front desk staff made every effort to make us feel welcome and helped with all queries with a smile. The hotel is very lovely and has music playing all around. The pool is modern and has a see through wall. There were ample sun beds when we were here and the weather was boiling as well! The l toilet and shower in our room were separate cubicles and the sink was in the bedroom itself. There were wash products available to use in the room. This is probably one of her busiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The guests were mainly young groups and couples seeking nightlife and alcohol. In the context of the resort, this hotel is one of the most classy and luxurious; the area itself is very anglicised and impacted hugely by a British tourism. Personally I preferred our stay in Ibiza town owing to the beauty of the port, the shops, elegance and bars. However, San Antonio is perfectly suited to anyone looking for cheap food, non stop nightlife and a British boozey party. The hotel is a very accommodating, pleasant and clean option- probably one of the best here in this resort. I came with a friend for a break in the sun and we both enjoyed our stay. We would certainly recommend the Vibra brand.

“Disappointing stay compounded by the smelliest shower drain.”

We stayed for three nights in April on a half board basis, We was met with a terrible smell coming from the shower room drain, originally masked by ammonia cleaner, the only thing that would mitigate this smell was to run the shower regularly, this spoilt our stay significantly and in hindsight we should of rejected the room. The positives, the beds were comfy, breakfast was good with plenty of choice, staff were attentive and quick to clean up. The location is great if you want to be in the centre of San Antonio. The negatives were obviously the smell of the shower room drain (the worse smell we’ve ever had in 26 years of holidays), the room layout was bizarre with the sink in the main room rather than with the toilet, the evening meals were poorer than the breakfast and had less choice than similar four star hotels we’ve stayed at recently, the salad bar consisted of iceberg lettuce, tomato and cucumber and very little else. The labelling of the food during both breakfast and dinner was very poor, offering no documentation of ingredients used or any information for any possible food intolerances or allergies. Disappointing.
