“Increase in room rates”
Been going to Park Royal last 6 or so years might have to find a cheaper hotel as i find the room rates have risen considerably.

Quality business hotel in the centre of Parramatta.Easy walking distance to restaurants such as Ruse Bar.Spacious and comfortable rooms.The bed was king size and was super comfortable.Well appointed bathroom including special tap for drinking water.A space to do work.Worth considering
