“Great hotel”

Beds are really comfy. Maid service every day. Food really good. Choice is great, fresh fruit etc. very clean. Hotel is in a great location. The local beach is just stunning! Would definitely recommend and would visit here again. Everyone very friendly. Relaxed atmosphere

I like the animation, facundo is good and awesome, the reception is perfect but all inclusive packagge is no good , reference alcoholic drinks and my room is too basic I don’t like the room but I like the cleaning personal and the food amazing and was a good experience and perfect location

I booked this hotel for a family of 6 for 11 nights in May, we got such a good deal on all inclusive I thought why not. Had never stayed in Arenal either we have been on the island so many times but always stayed in Calvia. On arrival the receptionist was very nice and requested our rooms to be close by as we had 2 rooms. The complex was great , immaculately clean and my kids loved the day entertainment. Apologies I didn’t get his name but the entertainer he was from Bulgaria was great with them doing mini golf and darts etc. location was perfect, The room was basic and clean. We did get a cockroach in the room and saw two more in the shower so we blocked the shower drain with towels after that. My only complaint would be that we had a really big balcony but with 4 in my room we only had 3 chairs and no table but we love to sit in the balcony at night and play cards so this made it difficult. Also the bed in the room for the 2 kids was much too small. So these complaints are only small and if we hadn’t been AI I would possibly return / recommend it etc. The AI wasn’t too good!!! 3 wines or beers with meals which I knew about before going but the kids got tiny paper cups for their soft drinks no mocktails etc I think around 2/3 days before we left the outside bar opened so they got slushies. The food wasn’t great , I think it was repeated every second day and a lot of the time was cold. We eat out a lot and with the prices in Arenal we probably would have been better off staying in Calvia all inclusive with drinks included as we think we spent the difference by saving on this hotel. Arenal beach was beautiful , we were nervous after booking as I Read reviews it was all gangs which it was but they amused us and we saw no trouble as we were always back at the hotel early with the kids.
