“Great hotel in Dunedin! Great location, clean and modern!”
I have stayed at this place more than five times for the business trip. Always clean, nice modern, and in a great location! I must say the staff are always so friendly and very kind. Close from Octagon as well!

“Very Pleasant ”
Stayed for 2 nights. Nice polite host and room was very modern and comfortable. Bathroom great, lovely shower and all that you need is supplied. Great breakfasts with good variety. Host was very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay.

“Perfect location”
Stayed for a swimming event in Feb. Ideal location if you are wanting to be close to moana pool. Nice short walk to get there...be prepared to walk up the hill on the way back! Good amenities, nice and clean and very quiet. Would def stay again!
